I want to lose 50 pounds by my 51st birthday!
Update, 6/19/12: My birthday isn't for another 3 months and I have already lost 50 pounds. Onward and upward! (Or onward and downward.)
Update, 7/22/12: Lost 60 pounds as of today!
I'm walking 60 minutes a day and trying to eat a diet full of fruits and vegetables and lean protein.
I live in the southeast corner of Idaho with my husband and my animals. We have a place in the mountains and I'd like to have the energy to hike there, not just sit in a lawn chair.
Thanks for commenting on my post. It sounds like you went through something similar. Sometimes I feel so powerless against sugar...so I agree, I need to do everything to arm myself against it. Anyways, thanks again, your comment helped motivate me to keep going :)
I just wanted to stop by and say thank you for taking the time to put together such a well thought out response to my fish post. I actually tried it for lunch today and although my cooking needs A LOT of help, I may be able to do this!
