I want to lose 50 pounds by my 51st birthday!
Update, 6/19/12: My birthday isn't for another 3 months and I have already lost 50 pounds. Onward and upward! (Or onward and downward.)
Update, 7/22/12: Lost 60 pounds as of today!
I'm walking 60 minutes a day and trying to eat a diet full of fruits and vegetables and lean protein.
I live in the southeast corner of Idaho with my husband and my animals. We have a place in the mountains and I'd like to have the energy to hike there, not just sit in a lawn chair.

Hi Carrie! I saw a post you made about getting back on track after a couple months off, and I saw SO MUCH of myself in what you said! I tend to get tired of being healthy, tired of being the one that has to monitor what I eat/drink/exercise when not everybody does. But when I go off track, I don't necessarily enjoy it either - but I keep eating anyway!
Anyway, I find myself back here after a couple off weeks, and I'm trying to shift my mindset. I'm not going to stop trying!
