Taking that 10 minutes a day or more for exercise is really good for you, both your body, and your mind. When you go into the kitchen to raid the fridge go to the sink instead and do sink pushups! Exercise for 90 seconds before every meal and your body will think that you had to chase what you are eating or run away from something and wow you made it! You can look at a mountain as a wild place of beauty to view or paint or photograph from a safe distance; or a wild place capable of destruction like Mount St. Helens. Or you can look at it as a wild challenge that you take on one step at a time. When you begin the challenge you'll have no idea how long it will take to get to the top, but you know you will with the support of your team.
