    emoticon Taking that 10 minutes a day or more for exercise is really good for you, both your body, and your mind. When you go into the kitchen to raid the fridge go to the sink instead and do sink pushups! Exercise for 90 seconds before every meal and your body will think that you had to chase what you are eating or run away from something and wow you made it! Now be thankful, sit down and eat mindfully. Good luck with your studies and be the best you can be in whatever you choose! emoticon

Or you can look at it as a wild challenge that you take on one step at a time.
