Thanks for sharing your experience! I eat mostly vegetarian most of the time (no processed meat substitutes, just real whole foods), and when I eat that way consistently I feel great! But when I eat something I wouldn't normally eat like pizza it sometimes triggers an over eating episode that seems to take me a while to pull out of., especially if I'm over tired or hormonal, like I was this week.

Thanks for the encouraging comment on my activity feed! I think you're on to something with the "I'm not giving my body what it needs" idea. I think in my case I haven't been giving my body enough rest. I've been skimping on sleep, pushing through workouts when I'm tired, etc. While "just do it!" is sometimes a valuable attitude, sometimes I need to allow myself to "just DON'T do it." 417 days ago
