Riding the wave

I love riding horses and I want to be able to keep going for a whole session without my fitness limiting me. I want to be able to ride more horses and not be limited by my weight and I want to be a joy for the horses to carry and work with.

I mix it up. I do targeted exercises to help the horse riding (core strength and balance - mainly pilates) and cardio (jogging, cycling, step aerobics). I love xbox kinect fitness workouts and wii workouts (but the wii needs achievements like the xbox!)

What would you say has been the key to you losing 62.2 pounds? I'm sincerely looking for what has worked for anyone who has lost over 50 pounds.

You should be very proud of yourself for succeeding thus far. You look great.
