Hi....I am 64 years old and have been married 46 years , to my high school sweetheart ,this coming June.

I am currently in a journey of being a 24/7 caregiver to my husband who has Dementia (going into his 6th year)Not an easy task but with GOD by my side......I will be the best I can.

This journey has given me many days of when I go off track on my food plan.

By keeping in contact with my SP friends.....I am able to keep going.

My Goals:
I know this is a goal that many of us want but it is the best for me.
I want to lose my last 20# once and for all. I not only want to lose it.....I want to KEEP it off and never put it back on again. I want to be a true size 12 and forever get rid of my size 14s and 16`s. I have weighed over 200# and never want to reach that again.

My Program:
I will eat 1200 -1300 cals a day and get into a 30 minutes exercize daily routine (or at least 4X a week.)

Personal Information:

You are doing amazing in more ways than one, not just with your weight control but also with your commitment to your precious husband. I know what it means to have to be a 24/7 caregiving of a DH who has what I believe is a little of dementia, but for sure PTSD, SAD, and Depression. It most definitely is not easy but with God all things are possible. Hope your week is going to be fantastic with the Lord by your side and in your heart.
Love, Charlene

Callie, you make me smile. I love your posts and the polar bears are absolutely adorable. I hope you have a great weigh in, you have made the chat on our team, so much fun. I am glad that you are a Firecracker!

You've been a great tour guide as we explore Alaska! emoticon

I think your efforts to sabotage each other are funny. emoticon

I've been in the Last Man Standing contest in the past but, as silly as it sounds, it made me feel extra stress, so I didn't sign up this time. But it is fun watching to see how everybody else does. emoticon And yes, you do get a "freebie" week in the mix.

Trying to get caught up from our time with the leak and from R's time gone. Lots to do, as usual. And R got called back to work early...he's always glad for the extra pay but I do sometimes wish he was able to have more time off. After all, he just got back from FW yesterday and they called him while he was in FW, to tell him he had to come to work early, when he got back.

I do always remember how thankful we are for the job though. emoticon
