I know this is a goal that many of us want but it is the best for me. I want to lose my last 20# once and for all. I not only want to lose it.....I want to KEEP it off and never put it back on again. I want to be a true size 12 and forever get rid of my size 14s and 16`s. I have weighed over 200# and never want to reach that again.
I will eat 1200 -1300 cals a day and get into a 30 minutes exercize daily routine (or at least 4X a week.)
