First Time Mom Who Loves Life

I'm so excited to be part of this community. I'm a first time mom with a darling little girl, Zoe, who is looking to get fit. This is my first time on a diet, but so far so good! Thanks for reading my blog and for your kind words. Day 3 wow! Just keep going. Before you know it, level one will no longer feel like a challenge and your body will demand for level 2 and then level 3. It makes you feel strong and powerful. Keep up the good work.
