There's a fire starting in my heart...

I am the girl that gains and loses every year. I want this to be the year I lose it and keep it off. My goal is to have more confidence in myself and to get into a routine. I am going to try out for Roller Derby next year also and need to be in shape for that.

My Goals:
1. My first goal is to get out of the 200's. I am 9lbs away.

2. Fit into a size 14 again - I am currently in a 16.

3. Run a mile without stopping.

4. Get out of the classification of Obese and be below 195.

5. Get into the 180's!

6. Run a 5k

7. Fit into a size 10

8. Get pumped to start Roller Derby for 2013 season.

9. Go 1 month without soda.

10. Get into the 170's!

11. Get into the 160's

12. Get into the 150's



My Program:
I started Weight Watchers for the 2nd time on 2/12/12. My daily goal right now is 32 points.
As far as fitness goes, 6 days of activity. I would like 4 days at the gym and 2 days out in the fresh air.

My back right gums started hurting on Satruday and at first I was just taking Tylenal for the pain which helped a little bit but once they started hurting again then it got bad fast. So on Monday I got some IB Prophen thinking that would at least help with the swelling to help with pain. So I've been taking that and its helped a little bit but I still can't completely get the pain to go away.. So i'm nervous I'm gunna have to give in and go to the dentist. :-( They hurt so bad! And it makes my right ear and my throat on that side hurt really bad..

great job! I try and encourage the team so hope you didn't take offense!
I know WW are well respected, I base my daily eating on their very old (early 80's) principals. I have 2 friends that have been going for years but don't lose a thing because they are doing points not nutrition. As they are now "helpers" they aren't paying any more so they don't see it as a waste of money.
Let's hope they get the message someday, I'll tell them to look at your page for inspiration!

That's awesome that you want to join your local derby team. Starting to cross train before you do is a great start, but it's still going to be difficult to start. We've had really fit girls walk in and not realize how hard it would be. It's mostly because skating uses muscles your normal workouts don't target. It's so much fun and a great community to be involved in. Even though you'll have days where you get frustrated, don't give up. derbylife.com is a great resource. It has articles about everything from equipment to inspirational stories. Good luck! I'm excited for you! emoticon
