My goal is to stay on track as much as possible and to remember that it took a long time to put this weight on and it will take a long time for it to come off!
1. Track my nutrition every day. 2. Stay within my calorie range. 3. Drink at least eight glasses of water a day and track it.
Hi, I'm Carol from Maine. I have been married for almost 33 years and have three children. Two are my own and one sort of adopted us. She came to spend a weekend and before we knew it she had become a permanent fixture! Today she is definately a part of the family. I also have seven of the best grandchildren anyone could ask for! They are my biggest motivation.
I enjoy rubber stamping and scrapbooking. Unfortunately I haven't ever finished a scrapbook. I'm thinking this is the year. Maybe I'll do one on my weightloss.
