I exercise 4 to 5 times a week. My exercise consist of Insanity, Zumba, Bob Harper, or the gym. I am making better food choices. I track everything I eat to make sure I stay within my calorie range even though I might not make the best food choices I track that, so I know I still stayed withing my calorie range or if I went over. I am keeping my diet low sugars and low bad carbs. Eating more fruits and veggies!!!
