So in 2007 I wrote, "I have battled my weight for the last 5 years, and I am really excited about finding SPARKPEOPLE!"
I am still battling my weight but have decided I am going to win this battle. I love SparkPeople and visit it everyday. I read articles and watch videos but never really do anything about the real reason I am here.

I made a commitment the first of November 2015 to go to the gym everyday that month. I am not real good at following through, but I was determined. I did it, it was easy. Now that December is here, I still get up, drink that first cup of coffee, get dressed and go to the gym. I feel good and on top of that I lost 9 pounds by just going to the gym.
Now to adjust my eating habits. This may not be as easy, but I am going to give it a shot! I have my plan on paper, but I really have a hard time eating before noon.

To become healthy and fit now. To make healthy choices everyday and be guilt free each night as I go to slep.



My Program:
Exercise daily, 3 to 4 days at the gym. Get at least 30 minutes of exercise at home on the days I do not go to the gym. Track my food choices.
