* Live a healthy lifestyle, including eating food that fuels my body and exercise that I love doing on a daily basis.

My Program:
* Three small meals and two healthy snacks a day.
* Cardio five days a week.
* Strength training two days a week.


Personal Information:
I live in northern california in the sierra foothills with my fiance Dan and our three dogs, Buddy, Max, and Ellie. I am 37 years old.

Other Information:
Dan and I are getting married in October, I can't wait!
