This is my last chance....

I'm a 25 year old mother of 3. I had my 1st daughter when I was 19. I weighed about 130 lbs before I got pregnant and was about 165 lbs when I got pregnant with my second child. After I had my second child my normal weight was about 190-200 lbs. Struggled with this for 4 years and kept trying to lose weight. I would lose 20 and gain it back and lose 20 and gain it back. I'm a 25 year old mother of 3. I had my 1st daughter when I was 19. I weighed about 130 lbs before I got pregnant and was about 165 lbs when I got pregnant with my second child. After I had my second child my normal weight was about 190-200 lbs. Struggled with this for 4 years and kept trying to lose weight. I would lose 20 and gain it back and lose 20 and gain it back. And then I got pregnant again. I only gained 20 lbs during the pregnancy and then lost it after I had her. Then this summer I got sick with something the doctors still can't find an explaination to what is wrong with me. I gain over 20 lbs of water weight (my hands, stomach, feet, legs, and face are very swollen. The feet are really bad). I have seen heart, disease, and gastrologist specialists and they still can't find a cause to what is wrong with me. So I decided maybe if I get healthy and get in to shape my body will heal itself from whatever is causing the swelling and sickness. So I joined a gym 2 weeks ago and have been working out 5 days a week 90 min a day since. I have not noticed any water weight lost yet, but I'm starting to feel better and I want to keep this up so hopefully I can feel better about myself and so my body can heal.
