Overhaul time!

I dropped the ball on my earlier commitment this year, but I'm picking myself up and starting over. I'm attempting to lose 25 pounds by December 31, and I'd love to drop another 25 after that, and get back down to the slimmest I've ever been (12 years ago). But even if I only manage to lose 25, I will feel I have achieved an amazing goal. Here's to redos!

A combination of cardio (walking, running, elliptical, workout DVDs), along with weight training and tracking of my food intake. Basic stuff that works!
