Time For A Change!

My son just left for Marine boot camp. I figure if he can go through 12 weeks of hell to become a Marine, then I can do 12 weeks of exercise and no junk food! If he can do this for our country, then I can do this for me!

Welcome aboard to SP and I know you'll do it. Just having your son going through boot camp and wanting the same thing for you will give you encouragement to continue. Good Luck

Hi! Thanks for the friend add and the comments on my blog. Chi Running is a running technique based on Tai-Chi. It's effortless (almost) and pain free running. If you like you like to run, but don't because it's painful for your knees, back, etc., this technique pretty much takes care of that and makes running much more enjoyable. You can find out more at www.chirunning.com. Have a great week!!
