I got rid of 50, maintained it for two years, then fell hard. I know I can lose it because I did it well before. It will be gone within the year!

I've had excuses before, I even had legitimate ones. I got rid of the clutter in the house, the medical issues in the family, the credit card debt and the toxic apartment. I no longer have excuses.

I control my vitamin D deficiency with supplements. I have a beautiful park with walking trails in the backyard, I have some active video games. I have 2 school aged kids I need to be healthy for.

I won't let excuses rule my life, every excuse can be overcome. An excuse is just a challenge to figure out how to do something different.

Long term goal: Don't let stress eat me up because that makes me eat everything in sight!

My Program:
I know what food looks like now, so I'm just making sure to eat more veggies and less chocolate, cookies, and ice cream (less, not cutting out all together, it's a treat, if we deprive ourselves all the time, we overindulge when we do allow it).

I'm a Minnesota mom of 2 school aged kids with a helpful husband that hides his junk food if it comes home.
