You are on the verge of a breakthrough. The blessings of God are flowing your way. Don't allow any one, any thing or any issues in your life to distract, tempt or discourage you. Do the right thing. There is an anointing/blessing over your life and it could easily be taken away when you are weak in your flesh, mind and spirit. Don't listen to the whispers of temptation or fear. Don't fall for the tricks and traps of the enemy.
Don't forfeit your blessings and your destiny for temporary pleasures or bursts of anger, fear and impatience.
You've come too far to throw it all away.
No life, job, child, boss, friends, parent or mate is perfect.
Dig a little deeper to find your courage, patience, love and faith.

That our backgrounds and circumstances may have influenced who we are, but we are responsible for who we become.

That it's taking me a long time to become the person I want to be.

My goal is to lose this excess weight (and keep it off) I know in order to achieve my goal I must make lifestyle changes. I must be able to say no to the things that are not good for me and embrace the things that are. To be all that I can be!
I am following the spark plan (it gets easier with each day). I monitor what I eat (try to stay within my set allowances) and am doing cardio and strenght exercises (must do better with the exercises).
strength exercises consist of 9 or 12 exercses, 3 x wkly, 6 sets 12 reps. my cardio is 30-45 minutes 3 x wkly. I have learned that if you stumble you must get up and keep the positive energy flowing.
I am a resident of College Park, GA., (9 yrs and counting)originally from New Orelans, LA(Algiers to be specific). my passion is reading, i consider my books my 'other' kids. books have a way of transcending time and taking you with them.
I am in the prime of life, my kids are grown, have a fairly decent job, no drama! life is good and with each passing day, thru exercise and healthier choices, i am making it better!
