Cajun Hillbilly Housewife

Im a 38 yo stay-at-home-and-homeschooling mom. I have 3 kids - twin boys that are 6 and a 11yo daughter. I am changing my LIFE- not just losing some weight. I want to be healthy and fit at whatever weight my body is comfortable at.I want to be trim but have good muscle tone and still keep some of my curves :) My journey to a new me started May 2011 and is ongoing!

I am eating clean (with one cheat meal a week) and exercising at 6X per week..I eat clean with 1 cheat day a week ...

My Goals:
I want to be healthy and happy at whatever weight my body is comfortable at.. maybe 180 maybe less.. I will focus on a healthier lifestyle and see how it all shakes out.

My Program:
Increasing my activity by making sure I exercise at least 5x a week... eating clean with one cheat day a week to eat whatever I want.. increasing my water intake and taking my Advocare supplments.

As of Jan 2012 I am in the January Jumpstart Challenge and a 2 week sugar detox organized by The Gracious Pantry.

HI, I'm new to BBL and I was wondering, did you have a hard time at first? I had my first workout yesterday and I am SOOOOO sore today, I can't imagine doing a workout today.
