Toning up

I am not overweight but want to get into a healthy lifestyle while I am young and make it a habit for life!
I moutain bike at least twice a week, would like to get in at least 3-4 rides a week. I work full time and go to school part time in the evening, so it does become challenging to get in rides right now but hopefully that will change soon. I also have an elliptical and Bowflex sport in my house to help me stay on track!
