Getting back to a healthy me

I'm a YoYo Queen. I know how to be healthy, but like many work stress and personal stress send me into a spiral of unhealthy habits. I've got a good support system and I am ready to find the healthy me again.

My Goal is to start to really run again. I am setting my sights on another Half-Marathon, and to beat my last time!

Work out my Cardio with 1 hour of cardio 5 days week, and weights 3 days a week.
