Personal Information:
Living in Central New Hampshire... in the middle of no where. I love skiing which is why we moved up here. I love nature and being outside. Hiking is one of my favorite pass-times during the warmer months.

Thanks for visiting my blog(s)! I've been less than honest with my food tracker. I hope it still loves me in the morning.

Good luck with your 5k goal! I am 44 and just started doing some running a year ago. I do a run/walk combination, which is actually better for me than running the whole thing - and faster, weirdly.
