The Reinvention of Me.
Hello everyone! I am Caitlin. I am currently a junior in college and just turned 21. I have struggled with my weight since I was young, as early as 8. When I went to college, I moved away from home and dropped about 20 pounds. About six months ago I moved back home with my mom since I transferred to a college closer to home. Hello everyone! I am Caitlin. I am currently a junior in college and just turned 21. I have struggled with my weight since I was young, as early as 8. When I went to college, I moved away from home and dropped about 20 pounds. About six months ago I moved back home with my mom since I transferred to a college closer to home. Since then I have gained a little over the 20 pounds I lost, ughhh. None of my clothes fit and I refuse to buy anymore. My hopes for this year are to lose the 20 pounds plus some and get into the best shape of my life! I have a lot of exciting things to look forward to in my future and I want to be able to enjoy every second to the fullest. Caitlin

My Goals:
1- exercise at least 5 days a week 2- keep a daily track of what I eat 3- be positive about myself 4- not to concentrate on my appearance but on my health and well being
My Program:
As of now, I try to eat between 1200 and 1500 calories a day. As far as exercise, I am using the chalean extreme program, running/walking 3 to 4 times a week, and various other exercises.
