"REWIRING ME"

It is exciting to think I can reach my goal weight (note I said goal weight, not perfect weight) in 8 months if I follow my own plan. Not one someone else has conceived of for me but something that fits just me. I want this.

Fitness Minutes: 72

My Goals:
1) Not over-eat

2) Track food eaten on most days of the week.

3) Exercise 4 days a week minimally.

4) Take care of myself physically, mentally, and spiritually.



My Program:
1) I am tracking my food intake using the weight watchers point program.

I am not going to ww but have in the past and so I am utilizing the tools they gave me.

2) I am reading a lot of the OA literature and attending OA meetings.
