My Success

I am new to this, almost got 2 weeks in, but so far I really like it. I have always done ok on my own, but this past year or so, I have really lost my motivation. Spark people is giving me that motivation back, seeing all the successful people out there who have done it. Congratulations!

It keeps me on track, logging my meals, and the nutritional feed back is great. So far I am just eating a 1200-1500 cal a day diet and power walking 40 mins a day. I have lost 4 lbs so far in ...
