I can do this . . .

I guess it's time to change this to where I am now. I have had a couple of bad times with this weight-loss battle. I 've had two plateaus, one at 130 and another at 125. I'm back to losing now. If only this was easy - like you really would lose 2 pounds a week by following an easy diet. Of course that is not the way it really goes. I was stuck for 5 weeks with both of my plateaus. I couldn't help but think that I had been dieting for 18 weeks, and sat the same for 10 of those. But I'm ...

I've learned lots of lessons on the way, and I'm getting closer.

My Goals:
My goal at this time is to be 115 lbs. again. But, as I've gotten older my body shape has changed, so I might need to go lower. I want my stomach gone, it's just so flabby. Better than before, but flabby.

My Program:
I eat healthy, keeping to between 1200 - 1500 calories a day. I have problems motivating myself to exercise, but I walk 3-5 miles a day. I do ab work every day and do light weights every other day.

Personal Information:
I live in a small town in Wisconsin, right on the Mississippi River. I'm divorced with two sons, and a wonderful granddaughter. She is the light of my life!

Hi. I wrote a message on the "how to lose belly fat". That's my biggee also. It looks as though you and I have the same wt loss goals. I started at 144 Sept. 11, 2008 and am now 138.8, and have stayed there for some time. I'd like to go on down to 115 also. Sooooo here we go ! ! ! !
