I'm conquering this mountain 5 lbs at a time.
I am going to log my food and make sure I get 30 mins of excercise at least 4 times a week. I am also going to look at different ways to handle stress!
I was born in San Diego to a Navy family. I moved all around the US (well really bi-coastal, as we were well, Navy), and then ended up in San Diego. I lived there for over 20 years, and then fell in love with the wonderful man I married, and moved to the IE. Love the mountains, hate the summer heat.
I want to run again. I hope my knees and ankles will improve as I lose weight.
