A little more, and then keep it off!
I weighted 185 in May of 2009 and then had gallbladder surgery. Since then I have lost over 45 pounds. I would like to shed about 10 more and then keep it off! We have Dalmatians- showed them for years- and love car shows, gardening and fishing.

My Goals:
To learn to practice healthy eating so I won't have to ever go on a "diet" again.
My Program:
For the last 1 year and 4 months I have exercised every day (but maybe 10) and watched what I ate. I have over 80 exercise videos and use one each morning for about 30 minutes, followed by about 14 minutes of back strengthening. In January I bought an inversion table, which I love!
Personal Information:
I am 67 years old and retired in the mountains of Arizona. Have 3 Dalmatians and a husband. He's one of those people who can eat anything and never gain a pound.
Other Information:
Other than weight loss and maintaining I am part of an club pushing for AKC registration for NUA Dalmatians. High uric acid is a genetic problem in Dals and leads to stones and blockage esp. in males. I am editor of the newsletter and have been for 2 years. To learn more go to www.spotsdna.org or check the NUA Dalmatians web site.
