My Goals:
My starting weight was 243. My current goals are:

� 180 by 2/26 for NYC
� 170 by 22nd Birthday
� 168 by Graduation
� 138 by Christmas
- Goal weight of 123 by Valentine's Day 2012


My Program:
-Isagenix nutrition program
-workout 6 days a week (cardio a minimum of 4 days, strength training 2-3 days)
-drinking LOTS of water
-practically completely cut out alcohol
-as many fruits and veggies as I can handle


Other Information:
The mantra I'm currently living by: "It will be worth it"

Yeah I am so with you there on snacking. It especially hits be at work for some reason. When I'm here all I can think about is food so all I want to do is eat! I'm glad that your Body Media is working so well. I'll have to look into it. I seriously need to look into actually watching an episode of Biggest Loser. I guess when I was bigger and had no interest in losing weight I really didn't want to watch something like that. LOL. I heard that there was people actually trying to gain weight so they could qualify for the show. That turned me off a bit, but I think I might look into it. It probably gives you great motivation. Hope your week was wonderful and you were able to control the snacking. Goals for this week?? I haven't decided on mine just yet.

I have those days when all I want to do is eat and I feel like I'm starving even though I have ate well all day. Those days suck! Good luck on trying and controlling that. I haven't found a good way yet! I'm sure you will make great improvements with that! I've never heard of a Body Fit Media, but now I'm super interested. Do you wear it all day? I'm definitely looking into that. I haven't been really shopping for getting healthy gadgets because I'm afraid I'll blow a lot of money on them. LOL I have a bit of a shopping habit. Your goals sound awesome and I know you'll pull them off! Mine are to get my 8 glasses of h20 bc for some reason I've been struggling with that the last few days. Also I'm going to try and up my calorie intake because I've been noticing it dwindling at the low end of the tracker. It's like my mind is telling me if I consume more calories I'll automatically gain all my weight back. I hate that mentality so I'm going to work on that. I don't think I'm actually going to set a physical goal because I have some stress in my lower back and I'm afraid if I push myself too hard I'll hurt my back. I think I pulled it swimming the other day. Strange I know, but that's when it started hurting. I hope your week has started well and WAY TO GO on those 90 lbs. You know you don't even look like the same person! So proud of you!

Thank you so much for sending me positive thoughts. Everything has worked it's itself out and the rest of my week has been peachy! I tried to get up early and exercise, but honestly I'm not a morning person at all so when I get up the last thing I want to do is go work out! LOL I want to roll back over and sleep all day! I've done really well with my sleeping and no soda. I've done water all week and Skim milk when I eat cereal. I LOVE unsweetened almond milk. It's awesome in so many ways! The fact that it's like 35 calories a serving is one reason it's so great. I'm usually in bed by 10 too so I'm with you on that. Eric doesn't get home until after 10 so some times I want to stay up and wait for him, but I end up hating myself in the morning! I'm glad that your snacking is going good! I wish I would say the same. Well I know I'm being way too hard on myself, but my emotional eating kinda hit me in the first half of the week. I have worked everyday so far though so I know I'm still on top!! Hope your weekend goes well! Did you ever try pilates?
