This time - Success!
I'm 45 and have struggled with weight since leaving college - going up and down. I'm ready to get healthy! I want to get better about my food choices and eating healthy, learn to manage my stress/emotional eating tendencies, and consistently exercise.

My Goals:
Long Term Goals: Help prevent some of the things that scare me most - Alzheimer's, Diabetes, and not living to the fullest enjoyment of my life.
My Program:
- Track food eaten - Drink 8 - 10 glasses of water a day - EXERCISE - Just do it. 20+ minutes 5 times per week - Make better food choices (husband and I are major foodies!)
Personal Information:
I am married with no kids and live in the metro Atlanta area. We also have a vacation home on the Georgia coast that we love to visit as often as we can. I'm a big foodie and into wine which contributes to the problem! My husband is a fantastic cook but is also very supportive of my journey to get more healthy. He's a natural skinny guy. I'm an Account Manager with my company and travel a few times a month for business, which generally turns into a food fest - need to find ways to manage that!
