Background info: I am married with two children, ages 11 and 13. I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in 2010. I have completely eliminated gluten from my diet as of March 5, 2010.
I play World of Warcraft, alliance holy priest Shiningstar on Silver Hand-US :)
I like to read and spend time with my family.
I like cooking and trying new recipes.
I am currently walking on a treadmill to try to become more fit and lose some weight in the process.

Thanks for commenting on my blog! ;) lol I make chocolate oatmeal with SF chocolate syrup (then add a tinsy bit of splenda to sweeten it or else it would be bitter). I used to use chocolate chips but this way is sooo much less calories and wwwaaayyy more chocolately. I also do pb oatmeal w/ better n pb following week . Then do pb and chocolate the next week. :-D As you can tell I love my oatmeal!
