Welcome to the Keep it Simple Team! I totally know what you are talking about on the bad knee issue. I was told 4 1/2 years ago, I was a good candidate for knee replacement and I am putting if off as long as I can! Dr. told me If I lose the weight, start exercising, I can put if off a long time! Well, walking was hard at first, but here I am 60 pounds lighter (literally walked it off) and 48 inches smaller and no surgery yet! Went from a few blocks to 4 miles in one day! Just keep with it, you will do it! I never thought I would, but SP has really helped me stay motivated (along with my wonderful SPF's too)! Have a successful week ahead!! 1437 days ago
