    I never thought I would count calories.In fact I often said I wouldn't.But now I am fanatical about it.It took awhile to get set up to count calories but it was worth it. Thanks for viewing my video

    Hello!
    I follow the sparkpeople diet. I am 'allowed' 1300-1400 calories a day.. But I amalos trying this week to count weight watchers points and see how that works. I seem to be stuck in a rut and not losing weight.. Or not as much weight as I want to.. I wantd to be to 160-170 by 11/01 and I will not be able to get there. But I guess slow and steady is the best way to do it right?

    I also live in Duluth. Today my workout schedule is to goto the gym after work and walk on the treadmill for an hour. I used to walk outside 2-3 days a week and go to the gym 3, but now that it is getting cold I am going to have to adjust that. My husband works till 8:00 every other day so I have out son. It was great when we could walk.. X-specailly when they finished the kalewalk to 45th. We live in that area so it was super concient to jump on it and go. Now I do not want to take him out when it is too cold. I get an hour lunch so I think I will be going to they gym and doing the elliptical for a half hour on nights I know my husband will work late, and then walk for an hour on the treadmill at night when he is home. I would like to have a treadmill at my house to jump on at night..
    What is your usual routine like?
