Hello! How's it going? I am still looking for the motivation I had when I started my joutney.. I know I just ened to do it and then i can be done with it and then I will feel so much better.. But everything seems to look so good and do not want the salad. I want everything else that I shoudl not be having..
How are you doing? Still losing?

My little one is feeling better. I had gotten his cough and that is going away also. Not it is my husband's turn sick. I have been slacking ALOT with the gym. I really need to get back in the swing of things. I miss my walks. I am getting tired of being inside already and winter has not even really started yet.. Do you want outside or at a gym? Do you have a gym membership? We have one at snap fitness. it is close to my house so that is nice.

Hello! I jsut wanted to check in to see how your week is going. I have had a sick child so I have not been to the gym yet this week. I am going after work to work out and I am actually looking forward it. I have not felt like that for a while now.. I need to sweat and get out of breath and 'pump some iron'. Here I come!!!
