I saw your status update and I didn't lose any weight when I weighed myself last Sunday. In fact, I went up .4 of a lb! I was really discouraged all week, but my fiance kept telling me how good I was doing and it was just water weight and so on. Well, I weighed myself this morning (Saturday) and I had gone down 3 lbs!! So, don't be discouraged. There will be weeks when you lose nothing and then the next week you could lose 2+ lbs. Hang in there! You are doing great!! :-)
