nowhere but up

Here i go again. After losing almost 30 pounds 2 years ago i really let things slide and I'm almost back to my original weight again. Yuck!
It was a real kick in the pants to come back on here after a long break to see the measurements and weight updates from before. I've let myself slide so far back!
I was so happy with how i felt after losing the 25 pounds, i can't believe i'm back to feeling so crappy about myself.
So i'm back, trying to kick it into high gear and make ...

My Goals:
My goal is to get back into shape! i want to be able to run up the street or climb to the top floor of a building without being out of breath. And i want to like what i see in myself, the way i look, the way i feel and the way i live. Thats the most important thing.

My Program:
I'm trying my best to eat healthy and to start actually enjoying the gym and taking part in more physical activities.
