    Hello,thanks for stopping by. I have not done good at all the past 3 weeks but I am not discouraged and will get on track. So now instead of 20lb I have 24lb to lose. I can do it ,I lost 22 already so no excuses right. I set my goals too high and had to make some changes. So learning to set my goals smaller and get it in my head that its going to take time to lose.
    So I am good, my family is good and I will be 24lbs lighter one day soon,hopefully Sept-Oct.

    Trying to get to stick with it,its been had the 2 past weeks. I will get there ,may take a bit longer than I planned but I will get there.
    Made my goal for August any way so more chance of success.
