Starting over

I started SparkPeople almost two years ago. I took a little break, and now I am back again. My starting weight was 232.5 pounds, the lowest I got on SP was 196, and on my "break" I managed to get up to 215 again.
Right now, it isn't about the weight for me. I could care less if I weighed 215 forever! It is about ME staying in control and not the food. I have let food take over, and I WILL NOT allow it anymore! I want to be happy at myself when I look in the mirror...no matter what shape ...

My Goals:
To be healthy! No more will I let food control my life. I need to find other ways to control my stress.
~Track all of my calories I eat through the day
~Watch my sodium intake
~at least 8 glasses of water per day



My Program:
The best thing that has worked for me is eating small meals throughout the day and eating a nice fulfilling dinner.
~ I need to start incorperating exercise again. The best exercise for me is Curcit Training. I love it!

Good morning to you my SP friend, I hope you are doing well this morning! I can tell you with a little exercise, a little patience, a little prayer, and lots of support from great friends (like me!! :) LOL) You can do it to! Keep on working hard towards reaching your, just don’t give up! Soon you will be the healthy wonderful person on the out side that I know you are on the inside! If you slip during the week or weekend, just go forward and do a little extra the next, I am here rooting and cheering you along! Hope you have a GREAT day!
