I am a mom of 3 great boys. Trying to keep up with them can be tuff in the best condition. I have been under a Dr supervised plan Since Jan 2010 I have lost a total of 76 lbs and have reached my goal of 149 lbs.

Hello Everyone My name is Cheryl Brennan I am a Bra Fit Specialist. More about that later but here is my Story. Sorry its gonna be long lol Back in Sept of 2009 I lost a girlfriend to a heart attack. Then in October My husband and I went to New Orleans for our Anniversary/author weekend for my favorite author. I actually thought I looked good in this outfit then I saw the pictures. OMG I do not look like that. My DH told me that what ever I decided to do to loose weight he would support but he would not really want me to go the route of surgery without trying something all in. So In Jan of 2010 I found the Center for Medical Weight Loss and I worked with a wonderful Dr. and worked with a low calorie diet and exercised 300 minutes a week. so I jumped all in and my husband worked out with me 4-6 days a week and help with food planning an I had the complete support of my husband and kids. I worked hard and over the next 6months I lost a total of 83 lbs to my lowest weight in more years than i could remember.The average weight loss a week was 3 lbs more than the average but not extreme amount a week. By my birthday I was down from 230- to 143. I have been able to maintain about 150 for most of the time since until I hist the magical age of 45 when My body decided that I was not going to move in the right direction. my weight creeped up to 180- my highest was 188 in January 2014. This is when Ed and I found the Max Challenge program. It is a 10 week nutrition fitness and motivation program. My hubby has had great success and I still struggled with loosing the weight. Well after 25 weekes on the Max Fitness program I have lost 25 lbs and 10 in on my hips alone my hubby has lost 40+ lbs and is only 10 lbs heavier than his 18 yr old son and probably weighs what he did when we got married. My nutrition is always is a struggle but I have worked with my Dr again to Tweak what I put in by body nutrition has been the biggest difference in my weight moving in the right direction. it is 80% of my success but I have to work out atleast 45 minutes a day and take it as hard as I can 110% no less or my scale does not move I have really enjoyed my recent Journey. I guess the moral of this long story is that youhave to have 2 things the desire to to what i the best for you and have the support from those Closest to you and Dont listen to those that are only trying to make themselves feel better by making you feel like you are not doing the best for you. If it is working then it is RIGHT FOR YOU and the hell with what anyone else thinks. Sorry to bore you to death but if this helps just one person is was worth righting it down. Have a perky day !!!!
