how much... scales ddidn't weigh over 315 then 2006 I made that corset thinking it made me look slimmer for my reenactments.. lol not!

early spring 2010 at my thinest.. 196.4 or a bit less.. that costume no longer fits me :( so here I am to get it off!

I was 314+ in 2006. I have gotten as low as 196.4 but currently weigh 210-215 needing to get off this last 20+ lbs ideal for me is 180 ..

okay gone for a year and back.. now at 224 really wanting to hit that 185 mark I don't know why but that is my magical # i think I will also be out of that impossible "can't find a 16 and a 14 wont work stage...

Alright... 2013 and needing to step up .. NO. time to step up and take responsibility for my current weight. I am currently gaining a steady 10 LBS. per year and have chronic left hip and back pain. I take full credit for allowing myself to slide back into bad habits. I am taking steps to fix my bad habits.. 21 days to change bad habits, right?.. lets see where I am in 21 days.! at least 5-9 lbs lighter.

my steps:

1. no more eating after 5pm
2. drinking 110 oz. of water a day. with a lemon
3. exercising for 20 minutes every other day
4. planing my meals
5. planing my snacks
6. finding outlets for my stress (not food)
7. limiting television to 4 hours a week.
8. ask for help from people I know will support me
9. expect results except set backs.
10. envision how I will look and feel.

October of 2013 really want to get healthy. I have to find that old motivation I had when I lost the 117 lbs. my latest weight loss started at 245.6 in august of 2013 I now weight 230.0 maintaining this weight for a few weeks then back at the losing stage again I want to see if i can maintain, if I can make the right choices and understand how too much food can add #s. I am doing great 1 week more to go then off to the loss stage again. I have been kicking around the paleo type diet. I am lactose intolerant and think gluten may also be a serious factor so it is a low (grain)carb and lactose free type world for me I think .
