After an 8 lb setback, I started all my stuff over on May 17. Still working on it, but have maintained between 15-20 pounds off since March. This stuff is hard!!!

Well, this last month has been challenging with some slips. from March4 to April 4 I have ended up maintaing a 20 lb weight loss. Unfortunately, I have 20 more to go. Let's hope things start stepping up soon!!!

So a month later, this is actually working! I'm glad that I've been able to make some changes and take a look at the reality of my life. Spark has been key in helping stay accountable to food and exercise.

I am also struggling with eating right.I do allright during the week as long as i plan the menus. I am active everyday. Even when i am tired i still do a little yoga. The Yoga Lovers team has been a great reference for keeping me doing knew poses
