4 KIDS DOWN - 100 LBS TO GO

I am a thirty-one year old mother of four, with about a hundred pounds to lose. My goal is to be healthier, to be able to keep up with four children age ten and under, and to feel better about myself. I am happy with who I am, but I believe I can be better. I have now stalled and need to get back on track.

My Goals:
I would like to lose 75-125 lbs. I have to lose weight to be healthier and to have more energy for my children.

My Program:
I am going to try to eat healthier, and work out everyday, either cardio or weights. I would like to do strength training 2-3 times a week and cardio almost everyday.

Personal Information:
I am from Commerce, TX. I am a math teacher, I am married, and I have four little girls. I have a ten year old, an eight year old and five year old twins.

Other Information:
I love to eat good food, so that has always made dieting hard for me. I like to be active, but my lifestyle makes it difficult. Now that I am done having children, I am more determined to lose the weight and to keep it off.

Why did I just read the message you sent me... we do have a lot in common. I have friends who have started this with me but have fallen off the wagon. I am tired of being this heavy and it is time to make a change, my body is tired too. Here is to doing what is right...

What you stated there is everyone's frustration, when you put in the "work" and there is no return... makes you want to have a twinkie, but hang in there. Who knows what it is. Maybe muscle, water, etc... Back off the scale and listen to your clothes or some other metric for this week. emoticon on doing the "right" things.
