My Goals:
My goal is to become more healthy and make better food and drink choices,for me and my kids.

I would like to lose a minimum of 50 pounds,but the more the better

My Program:
The program I am doing is less of a diet and more of a lifestyle change.
I am going to try to eat every 4 hours or so,eat more protein,less fat and drink more water.
I also want to eat ALOT more whole food,and less "junk" /processed foods.
I work out 4-5 days a week,doing cardio,weights and swimming

Hello Cherish,

Thanks for the commenting and sharing about your children as well.

I am so new to my son having ADHD, PDD and Sensory issues. It has been a very trying time for me and my family.

I feel like no one understands and no one wants to deal with it.

I have done loads of research and started reading books.

I love that out of sync book and driven to distraction as well.

I just finished reading Born to Be Wild, by Kristi Meisenbach Boylan, it was fabulous.

we are stronger as single moms, it's almost as if we don't have a choice.
