My Goals:
My goals are to be happy with the way i look. I want to be able to look in mirror and like what i see!! I have a wedding coming up in june 2011 in jamaica and i want to look amazing!

My Program:
My current program includes, walking on sunday,tuesdays,thursdays, and bowflex on monday, wednesday, and friday, sat either will be a rest day or i have this walking dvd that i mite try.

Other Information:
My rewards for myself:
10lbs: get new perfume
20lbs: buy a new pair of shoes
30lbs: get boob job
40lbs: get a new pair of diamond earrings
50lbs: go wedding dress shopping!!!!

Ah! Sorry I suck and didn't write back sooner!!! I hope you've been having a terrific week!

So, the 30 Day Shred (30DS) is a workout dvd put out by Jillian Michales. It has three levels that get progressively harder, but each level is only like 20 min long. And it's a pretty dang good workout! The idea is to do it for 30 days straight and move up a level when you're ready. It's a great way to get in a workout at home if you're pressed for time. She has a couple others out too; Banish Fat Boost Metabolism is another great one. If you have a Sam's Club membership they're like $8.88 there. Totally worth it.

And I loved the Spark. How are you liking it so far? How's your week been going? Getting enough water, good food and great workouts? :) Catch me uuup!

Hey Brittany! You asked on my weigh-in what kind of workouts I do so I thought I'd post it here :) Currently I'm doing the 30 Day Shred everyday. I also try to spend at least an hour each day either walking, running, or playing soccer. My goal is to also make it to the gym each day for an hour on the elliptical, but that's tough because my hubby and I share a car and he usually takes it with him to work. I also like to do 10 min bursts of activity to keep my metabolism revved. This usually means jumping jacks, crunches, lunges, going up and down the stairs in our builing, etc.
