    Hi Sue,

    I have done my homework and found out that I would like to loose 4 kilos (8.8lbs) in 6 weeks. That date being the 5th of March to be the Goal date.

    I will use the Wii fit on Tuesday mornings and Thursday mornings and if the weekend permits me to go up to my sisters and do this also. (I will look at your list also to work out a more structured programme on the Wii, as at the moment I’m doing 35 minutes of bits and pieces and just going all over the place).

    On the Monday, Wednesday, Friday I will do resistant, weights, fit ball, skip rope exercises at home. I also have a bike and will go for ride now and then.

    I also swim on Tuesday afternoons after work for about 25 minutes – using a kickboard and jumping about like a kangaroo in the pool.

    Ok, I will try to stick to this plan and my eating plan which my main rule of thumb is to eat every 3 hours, DON”T mix my carbs with protein, one day off to eat what ever I like (eg, order a pizza treat) and if I crave sweets to instead put in my mouth a pickle, olive or tic tac….

    The above I have also pasted into my front home page, so every time I open up, its there staring me in the face and reminding me to jump up and move.

    Hi Sue! I too am looking for a buddy - not to sure if it matters to you that I am in Australia? I too am a mother of one, her name is Kobi and is 19 months old, I am 38, 39 this year and you could say the big 40 next year... so yes, I have hit the panic button and would love also to get into shape. I work 2 days a week and I don't have any grandparents close by to help with those little things that we do, so I time everything around my partner Paul when he comes home and after work. To compare notes and to boost one another would be fantastic, yes there will be a time difference but put it this way, it may make your day waking up and seeing a positive email waiting for you!     We usually have a course of a couple days to do it, so people can fit it in depending on their schedules. The schedule is the first weekend of the month I think. Usually we schedule for a specific time so if you want to do when everyone else is trying to do it, but anytime that Thursday through Saturday is fine, and you go and report your time at the link and compete with yourself from the month before. So when it get closer to the beginning of February go check out the topic. You can even go over there and let them know you want to do it and the girl who is heading it up will probably remind you.
