Last 10lbs!

I started my journey with couple of years ago but really serious about it a little over a year ago. It started with seeing some holdiay pictures of myself and deciding this was not me.. not anymore. So the journey began with the help of Spark People and Weight Watchers I am 45lbs thinner. I have now been stuck at this weight for months now. Now I have decided that will now get refocused and get this last 1olbs off.

My Goals:
My goals are to eat healthy and be the best mother I can be and get back to taking care me! I am taking one day at a time.. and will not get discouraged this time.

My Program:
Count calories and excersise more.

I am Member of Body Design for Women.

Do classes such as
Zumba
Total Body Fitness
Knock Out.

I am doing Cardio 4x a week for at least 30 min but typically 45.

Taking Toning classes twice a week.

I live in Indiana

Other Information:
I am stronger than I think I am. I will lose these last 10lbs !
