I'm a working mother of 2 boys, 14 and 11. I am very active, exercising strenuously daily. However, if you put cookies in front of me, I will eat 10. I eat healthy meals and snacks, but splurge on sweets when they are in front of me.

Just saw your post in the Cathe forum and checked out you webpage. It just reminded me a lot of myself. My boys are 10 and 8, I love working out, and eat healthy except for the crazy sweets. If I could give those up, I could get the flat abs I want. Good Luck.
