Anthony J. D. Angelo said many wise things. One of them was the advice that one should, "Become addicted to constant and never-ending self-improvement." In an effort to do so, despite having three chronic illnesses (the main one being Lyme disease), I have devoted myself this year to becoming as healthy as I can in all ways and levels--physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually--possible.
Fitness and nutrition, toning and learning to stress less, learning to not be afraid to be angy and actually exerciing for the first time in years--and realizing I am CAPABLE of doing it again--and more will fill these pages. Long before this year is over, I will be a healthier, stronger, toned individual, hopefully one who is a little bit wiser and a bit more forgiving--and definitely one who has added another front to the attack on her illnesses, as exercises and good nutrition help kill the bloody parasites off.
Follow me if you want to see how I do it, and kick my butt if I consider giving up due to it being "too hard" or "not having time" or "pain". The results are too important for any of those reasons to be valid.

My goals are to tone and strengthen my body, improve my nutrition greatly, and to be healthy in every way possible, including emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. My weight is in the normal zone, but I want to lose 13 lbs. Doing so puts me in the middle of a range where I have the most energy possible.
I'm using The Flat Belly Diet as a general guideline, along with additional exercise, yoga, and verious exercise/active games for the Nintendo Wii. I'm also trying to learn as much as possible and to develop the healthiest routine I can.
