BYE BYE MUFFIN TOP!
I'M BACK! Well, let me say I look at my old belly pics and they just look great in comparison to how I look now. We just had our first child a month ago and I am sporting an enormous belly. I admit I gained too much weight during pregnancy- 50 lbs. total. So my highest weight was 170 lbs when I was one week past due date and prior to pregnancy I had maintained 118 lbs. steady though I was not as toned as I had previously been and always longed to be thinner. In the first month post-partum I lost 20 lbs (including weight that came off during childbirth etc). It is slowing down now. I knew I had a problem when I did not want my husband seeing my weight. Then I knew I had a real problem when I got super uncomfortable in my 9th month. Finally I realized the extent of the problem when I saw my stretch marks after childbirth. They are all over my stomach and hips and they are very dark and very embarrassing. The shape of my tummy has also changed and now it droops very low- so low in fact that it is hard to find pants that fit properly. To put it bluntly, I am desperate to lose weight. Now though I am also taking care of my daughter so I have to get slightly more creative with my time and my efforts.

My Goals:
My goal is to be fit and teach my daughter to be fit and active. I would like to lead my family by example in adopting an active lifestyle, even if it is a struggle for me.
Personal Information:
When you want to accomplish something the best way is to try and try and try. Even if you fail and fail and fail, it has more pride in it than years of constant deliberation. -Me Sorry, I had to remove the photos for professional reasons. It stinks to grow up!
Other Information:
My real goal is to get lean and muscular and within an appropriate weight range for my height (5'1") and bone structure (very petite, small-boned). 2nd goal: learn to eat to survive, not for pleasure, or to ease my emotions. 3rd goal: Jog for 10 minutes straight.
