My Goals:
First goal: reach 200lb mark (or under)!!

Second goal: Reach between 150-160lbs

third goal: 140-150 and maintain that weight!!! (no more yo-yoing!!!)

Ultimate goal: wear a monokini to the pool/beach and learn how to swim!!!

My Program:
I'm going to try eating 5 small meals a day with fruits and veggies as snacks (oh and clif bars...kinda addicted to it now haha).
c25k for cardio 30 mins a day 5 days a week and trying to start weight training

Personal Information:
I'm from NYC. I'm a college student in the Nursing program. I'm trying to get back into the weight loss swing of things since I've been on and off the bandwagon.

Other Information:
I want to be fit not stick thin cause i love my curves (hourglass figure and proud of it haha!!)
