130 or Less By Age 30!!!

I lost 25lbs with SparkPeople in 2009 but I let myself use a series of life changes (two moves in four months, a major career change, and adjusting to a new schedule) as an excuse to gain back 20 of those lost pounds in 2011. I celebrated my 30th birthday in 2012 and I am determined to enter my third decade of life fit and happy!

My Goals:
#1: To get back to my "happy weight" of 130lbs by my 31st birthday on February 9, 2013!

#2: To lose an additional 5lbs and weigh in at 125lbs for my wedding on August 24, 2013!

My Program:
#1: Meal plan following Paleo Diet Lifestyle (grain-free diet with no processed foods)

#2: Starting a C25K running plan and progressing to a 10K training program

#3: Riding my horse (disciplines: jumpers and dressage) at least 4 days per week
